Dental Emergency Information

During normal surgery hours

If you require an emergency appointment during normal surgery hours, please telephone the practice as early as possible, ideally before 10am.

Outside normal surgery hours

If you require emergency assistance outside normal surgery hours, please telephone the practice and follow the advice provided by the recorded message.

We operate our emergency out of hours service in partnership with two other local practices. Patients who are already on our Practice Membership Plan will receive appropriate assistance from the on-call dentist and not be charged any fees.

Patients who receive their dental care privately, but not in our membership plan, will be subject to a call-out fee if the on-call dentist has to attend their practice in order to provide treatment.
